Edwin Hall
Retired
Bio
My life can best be described as a constant reinvention of my former self. This started after High School when I became a Sailor in the U.S. Navy. From there, while still in the Navy, I became a Nuclear Operator. This reinvention worked for several years in both military and civilian applications.
I then became an entrepreneur and opened HallTech Computer Services. This reinvention lasted five years and I became a Math Teacher at New Bloomfield Schools.
From there, I moved into the Missouri Government. I was a teacher and then an Education Supervisor for the Missouri Division of Youth Services. After ten years, I became an Assistant Director with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. During this time, I began work on a system which led to becoming an Application Systems Manager at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. In 2021, I contracted COVID-19 and almost died.
My final, so far, reinvention is to retire and enjoy life.
I live in Fulton, Missouri. And originally from Linn Creek, Missouri.
