Today was the day to start assembling the frames needed for next year. Other posts demonstrated how each component is made.
The assembling process is pretty simple. You place each piece in the jig, add glue to the top and bottoms and staple together.
We made a couple of videos that so the process.
Note: the air compressor is running and is very loud. You might need to adjust your volume.

We completed 36 frames today. The bottoms were the limiting factor. The good thing is that they are easy to make.
